Hello everyone and thanks for checking out the blog.

Well as you will know, all coaches arrived yesterday, some a little later than others...

All scouts were moved to their respective sites, they set-up and a massive feeding session then took place, the traditional first night BBQ made sure they were all feed and watered and then most went to bed after their long journey...

The Leaders met in the evening and were given their briefing and they to went to bed shortly after...

Sunday morning saw the mist over Kandersteg but that soon went and Groups and Units went off on their respective activities for the day.

As I write, I am look at gorgeous views of mountains here in Switzerland while sitting on the veranda at the KISC.

There are a number of English groups who arrived yesterday including some from Manchester and the South West... we seem to be making friends already with an invitation to the German camp fire tomorrow for some Groups.

If you ever get a chance to come here, please do! It's a gorgeous country with very friendly people.
